Microflor has been breeding, propagating and acclimatising phalaenopsis orchids, gloxinias and hellebores for over more than three decades. How did it all start? In 1985, Professor Debergh (Ghent University) laid the foundation for what Microflor still is today: a family business, grown under the auspices of the international Floré Group. Microflor has retained the caring values of a family business but is driven by the ambition of an international player.
What once started in Lochristi now has branches all the way to Slovakia. From sophisticated production laboratories and young plant production facilities, we supply customers in both Europe and America.

All growth starts with a single piece of plant tissue. But vigorous plants don't grow by themselves.
